A gift is a symbol of Love
So I created 75 hearts sprinkled with love
My daughter, an Occupational Therapist, took the hearts to work and invited
the staff to pick a heart. The emails I received were gifts of love.
The staff were so appreciative. A simple act that brought so much pleasure to
a health care worker and I had so much fun creating.
Hearts were needle felted, shaped wire, painted on canvas, created greeting cards,
water colour then I embellished the hearts by embroidering designs, sewing beads,
buttons and other pretty trinkets found in the studio.
Each heart was placed in a cellophane bag with pieces of chocolate
and decorated with paper hearts and ribbon.
Kindness is a beautiful spiritual practice.
